๐ญ Double-Blind Review Processย
The review process is double-blind, ensuring anonymity between reviewers and authors.ย
โ ๏ธ Anonymization Enforcement:
If a thesis is not properly anonymized, authors will be notified and given 48 hours to make the necessary corrections. Failure to comply will result in desk rejection and automatic disqualification.
๐ต๏ธ Anonymization Requirements:
๐ Short Paper โ Must be fully anonymized:
โ No author names, affiliations, acknowledgments, or self-referencing that reveals identity
โ When citing their own work, authors should use the third person (e.g., "as shown in [1]" instead of "as we showed in [1]")
โ If sharing code, use an anonymous repository
๐ Thesis โ Fully anonymizing a thesis is challenging, so minor deviations will not be penalized. However, authors must:
โ
Remove names and affiliations from the cover page, headers, and footers
โ
Remove acknowledgments that explicitly identify them, their advisors, or their institution
โ
Keep the "Publications" section, but remove author names - only venue, year, and title should remain.
โ Remove institution logos from the document
However:
โ No need to anonymize citations of their own work in the thesis body
โ No need to modify references to advisors or collaborators in the thesis body
โ No need to anonymize general content beyond these requirements
